3-Way Calling Compare

What is it?
Connect two other parties onto the same call so that all three of you can talk at the same time. 

How does it help?
3-Way Calling is easy and it doesn't cost you extra with Teleblend! 

Easily connect your sister and brother on the same call so that all three of you can plan your parent's Surprise 30th Anniversary party!

How to use:

  • Establish a call with the first party. 
  • Press the telephone switch-hook or flash button to get a second dial tone. 
  • Dial the telephone number of the second party. 
  • Once the second party is connected, press the telephone switch-hook or flash button to conference all parties together.
7-Digit Dialing Compare

What is it?
Dialing within your area code is simpler with 7 Digit Dialing. Just dial the last 7 digits of the number, no area code needed. 

How does it help?
7 Digit Dialing shortens the amount of time it takes to dial a number within your area code.

How to use:
So long as the number you are calling has the same area code as your Teleblend Household Number, all you need to do is dial the last 7 digits of the number, no area code needed. To make your call go through even faster, hit # after the last digit. This will tell the system that you are done dialing and to send the call through immediately.

Call Forwarding Compare

What is it?
Always on the go? Get your calls forwarded to where you are - to your cell phone, work number or friend's house. It's easy. Use your Member Account Manager to quickly forward your calls from your Teleblend phone number(s).

How does it help?
With traditional phone service you have to be at home to forward your phone, and in most cases you pay extra for this service. With Teleblend Service, Call Forwarding is included free of charge and you don't have to be home to set it up. 

Have you ever left the house in a rush and realized that you had wanted to forward your phone, but did not get the chance? With Teleblend, all you would have to do is log into your Member Account Manager from any computer and update your Call Forwarding settings. 

How to use:

  • Log into your Member Account Manager using your email address and password.
  • Select the Call Features tab.
  • Choose Call Forwarding from the menu.
  • Set your Call Forwarding preferences and click Save.
Caller ID with Name Compare

What is it?
Know who's calling before you pick up the phone. Teleblend Caller ID* with Name, lets you view the name and number for each incoming call on your handset's display unit.

How does it help?
Caller ID with Name gives you an easy way to manage your phone calls. On your way out the door, but don't know if you should pick up that phone call? With Caller ID with Name you can screen your call and decide whether to pick up.

How to use:
This feature is automatically activated with your Teleblend service. You will need a phone with a Caller ID display to use this feature. 

*Teleblend displays Caller ID information based on the data past to us by the caller's service provider. In most situations, this is presented as First and Last Name of the caller. In some situations Caller ID is presented with the City and State of the caller. Teleblend is working to be able to present First and Last Name on all calls.

Call Logs Compare

What is it?
You can view the last 10 calls you received, missed and made through your TeleBlend Account. Additional call logs such as International call logs are available by logging into the Billing portal through the Pay Your Bill link at the top of the page. 

How does it help?
You learn that a week ago you missed an important call. You have cleared your Caller ID from your phone. How do you track down that number? Check your Call Logs! The last 10 incoming, outgoing, and missed calls are all available by date and time. 

How to use:

  • Log into your Member Portal Account using your email address and password.
  • View your most recent Call Log activity from your Member Account Home Page where you can see your most recent incoming, outgoing and missed calls.
  • For more detailed call logs, click on the Pay Your Bill link at the top of the page and log into your Billing Portal. Then click on the Call Logs tab and then click on the Build a Custom Search link. Select your telephone number and the date range and click Run.
Call Return Compare

What is it?
Automatically redial the telephone number of your last incoming call by dialing *69 free of charge with Teleblend.

How does it work?
Ever dashed to the phone only to miss the call? Call Return lets you redial that number and reach the person right away.

How to use:
Pick up your phone and dial *69. The last incoming telephone number will be automatically redialed. 

Call Waiting Compare

What is it?
Call Waiting allows you to accept an incoming phone call while you are already on the phone by putting the first call on hold while you answer the second call. 

How does it help?
You are chatting away with your friend on the phone, but don't want to miss the call from the company that just interviewed you. With Call Waiting you don't have to worry about that any longer. Just keep talking because while you are on the phone, a tone will signal that a second call is incoming. 

How to use:

  • While on the phone, you will hear a beep indicating an incoming call.

  • Press the telephone switch-hook or flash button to answer this incoming call.

  • To return to your first caller press the switch-hook or flash button again.

Call Waiting ID Compare

What is it?
Call Waiting ID signals another incoming call with the name and number of the person calling. 

How does it help?

On an important call and not sure if you should answer the second incoming call? Call Waiting ID lets you check your phone's call display for the name of your second caller to determine whether or not you need to answer the call. 

How to use:

  • Caller ID Waiting will display the information of the incoming caller on your display. 

  • If you choose to take the call, press the telephone switch-hook or flash button to answer this second call.

  • To return to your first caller, press the switch-hook or flash button again. 

Click to Call Compare

What is it?
Let Teleblend do the dialing. With your Member Account Manager, just click on any number in your contact list and the number will automatically be dialed for you. 

How does it help?
You need to plan a birthday party and want to invite your friends. With Click to Call you don't have to worry about finding your address book and dialing each number yourself. All you need to do is operate Click to Call from your Teleblend Contacts. Your Teleblend phone will ring when the call is placed.

How to use:

  • Log into your Member Account Manager using your email address and password. 

  • From your Call Logs or Contacts click on the call icon beside the number you want to dial, and the number will automatically be dialed for you. 

Contacts Compare

What is it?
Your online address book with names and numbers. Quickly store, find phone numbers, sort your contacts by category and operate Click to Call.

How does it help?
Need to make a call and can't find your PDA? Open your Teleblend Member Account Manager and find your Contacts. Choose the number you need and hit Click to Call. No more searching!

How to use:

  • Log into your Member Account Manager using your email address and password. 

  • Select the Contacts tab. 

  • From this page you can add, edit and delete contacts.

Distinctive Rings Compare

What is it?
Choose from 4 different ring patterns to assign to any Signature Number (additional phone number). If you have multiple numbers, this will indicate which number is being called.

How does it help?
Know who should pick up the phone when it rings. If you have two numbers, one for you and one for your kids, you can set up each line with its own distinctive ring. No more dashing to the telephone when it might not be for you!

How to use:

  • Log into your Member Account Manager using your email address and password.

  • Select the Call Features tab. 

  • Choose Distinctive Rings from the menu. 

  • You can assign a distinctive ring to any additional (signature) number on your account. Select the phone number from the drop down menu at the top of the Distinctive Rings page, and choose the distinctive ring that you would like to assign to this number and save it. 

Do Not Disturb Compare

What is it?
Limit unwanted interruptions by enabling your Do Not Disturb feature. Your calls will be directed straight to Voicemail. If you do not have Voicemail or your Voicemail is not active, callers will hear an announcement stating that you are currently not accepting calls.

How does it help?
You've had a long day and you've just finally managed to put your 6 month old son to sleep. You are looking forward to some nice quiet time when the phone rings and wakes up your son. Wouldn't it be nice if you could have your phone stop ringing without having to turn down the ringer on every single phone in the house? With Do Not Disturb, you do exactly that. Simply activate this feature and enjoy the quiet time you deserve! 

How to use:

  • Log into your Member Account Manager using your email address and password.

  • Select the Call Features tab. 

  • Choose Call Forwarding from the menu. 

  • Click on the Do Not Disturb button and click Save. 

Find Me Compare

What is it?
Wherever you go, you can have your calls follow you! Find Me allows incoming calls to "find you" at multiple phone numbers, one after another. If you don't pick up at one number, the call will move on to the next, until either you pick up or the call terminates.

How does it help?

Don't want to miss an important call? Why not have your phone calls find you? Now, you don't have to sit at home and wait for your son to call you when he is done his game so you can pick him up. You can forward your Teleblend calls to multiple numbers.

How to use:

  • Log into your Member Account Manager using your email address and password. .

  • Select the Call Features tab. 

  • Choose Call Forwarding from the menu.

  • Click on the Find Me Forwarding button.

  • A Find Me Forwarding configuration box will display. Set your forwarding ring preference and the phone number(s) you would like your Teleblend number to forward to and click Save. 

SimRing Compare

What is it?
SimRing allows you to simultaneously ring up to three alternate phone numbers at the same time. All your selected phones will ring until you pick up, the caller hangs up, or the call reaches Voicemail which you can check when it is most convenient.

How does it help?
Now you can use ONE phone number to reach you anywhere! With SimRing, incoming calls to your Teleblend phone will also ring your cell phone, your work phone, or whichever numbers you have selected, all at the same time. This way, you can pick up wherever it’s most convenient for you. No need to give your contacts multiple phone numbers to reach you in multiple locations. Simply choose the 3 numbers you would like to use for your SimRing feature, login to the Member Account Manager and enter in your chosen alternate phone numbers. And you can easily enable or disable this feature in the Member Account Manager.

How to use:

  • Log into your Member Account Manager using your email address and password.

  • Select the Online Features tab.

  • Choose Call Forwarding from the menu. 

  • Click on the SimRing button. 

  • A SimRing configuration box will display. Set your SimRing phone numbers (up to 3) and click Save. 

  • Note: If you want your Teleblend Household or Extra Phone Number to ring, be sure and add it into the SimRing configuration box. 

Speed Dial Compare

What is it?
Dial the people you call most by simply pressing two numbers. Speed Dial lets you designate a two-digit code for each of the telephone numbers you dial most often. Setting up your Speed Dial preferences is easy with your Member Account Manager. To activate Speed Dial, dial [*] plus the assigned code of the number you want to call. The number will be automatically dialed.

How does it help?
You are running late but want to make a quick call to let your sister know that you are on your way to the restaurant. Just pick up your phone and speed dial her number.

How to use:

  • Log into your Member Account Manager using your email address and password. 

  • Select the Contacts tab. 

  • Choose Speed Dial from the menu. 

  • To designate a speed dial assignment for one of your existing contacts, simply select a speed dial key from the drop down menu, then select your contact from the next drop down menu and click Save.

  • To create a new speed dial assignment designate a speed dial key and fill in the necessary contact information and click Save.  

  • Next time you want to place a call dial the speed dial key, including the * key.
